Hello and thank you for stopping at our website.
Please look around and hopefully you will see something different, we offer a
range of Genuine “Made in Cornwall” products from Cornish Slate Clocks to natural skin care,
kitchen textiles and handmade soap.
A selection of traditional games for all ages.
We also have Our “Taste of the West” award winning Jams and Preserves.
Clotted Cream shortbread biscuits and Cornish Fudge.
We are “The Shop with the Clock” situated on The Coombes, the main street that leads to the
harbour in the Cornish fishing village of Polperro.
Polperro is a still is a working fishing village and the working boats can still be seen in the
harbour. Although the smuggling is not what it used to be!

How do I make a Purchase?
It could not be easier, browse the contents and put them in the shopping cart and after you have finished click on “Checkout” and you will be taken through the buying process.
We ask for a contact E mail address to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Shipping and Handling
We aim for an average delivery time of between 5-7 days.
If it will take longer than 7 days we will email you to let you know.
However, in extreme circumstances, eg. High demand/low stocks please allow 21 days for delivery. If this is the case you will be notified as soon as we are aware of the delay and you will be given the options
- Wait for the product to become available.
- To choose a replacement.
- Cancel the order (in which case a full refund will be made).
We can only refund to the card used in the original transaction.
We post by standard parcel post via the Royal Mail.
UK: We charge a postal rate that reflects the weight of the parcel, plus cost of packaging.
Europe and Overseas: We charge a postal rate the reflects the weight of your parcel plus cost of packaging
Portside Gifts cannot take liability for any delay or non delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. If any items are found damaged upon receipt then the Royal Mail and Portside Gifts should be informed immediately. For replacements/refunds please see our returns policy.
Returns
Our main aim is for you to be happy with your order. We operate a 7 day returns policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us in the first instance by email.
All Items must be returned in the in the same condition in which they arrived and returned in the original packaging and we will then arrange either a replacement or refund. As agreed.
Please note that returns postage costs are not included.
Please note that any retuned products are your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend that you return the products using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

- Your order; may be changed, added too or cancelled at any time prior to despatch.
